Construction management involves the tasks of planning, design and construction which are integrated by a project team comprising of the owner, construction manager and the design organization. The construction management team’s responsibility is to provide overall administration of the project from preconstruction to completion.

The preconstruction phase of a project is as critical as the construction itself. During preconstruction, we plan the work to be implemented during construction.
