Construction management involves the tasks of planning, design and construction which are integrated by a project team comprising of the owner, construction manager and the design organization.  The construction management team’s responsibility is to provide overall administration of the project from preconstruction to completion.

The preconstruction phase of a project is as critical as the construction itself.  During preconstruction, we plan the work to be implemented during construction.  We provide services that include the preparation of detailed project budgets based on standard trade divisions, as well as preconstruction planning and site related investigations.  To make well-informed decisions, our clients look to Nova-Con to provide these services for projects of all types:
