As a general contractor, Nova-Con Projects under contract to the owner for the construction of an entire building or project. Nova-Con hires subcontractors and suppliers who specialize in the various trades required for the job, such as plumbers, electricians, framers, carpenters, etc., coordinates all work, and is responsible for payment to the said subcontractors.

Our goals are to provide quality construction services and to build enduring partnerships with satisfied customers.  The core of our business is providing general contracting and construction management services.  We provide clients with responsive leadership and consistency of management through each project’s duration, working in partnership with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors to deliver successful projects.  Nova-Con's construction services include:
