Stevenson Management Services Ltd. is a full service independent property management company.  We specialize in providing third party, property management for both commercial and residential markets within Winnipeg and its surrounding communities. Our commercial clients range from large institutions, REIT’s, banks, credit unions, and private syndicates to local Investors. Our residential clients are condominium boards, housing cooperatives and apartment owners. We provide a one-stop shop for all your management needs in Winnipeg.

With over 3500 condominium and residential units and over 2 million square feet of commercial property under management we are one of Winnipeg’s largest and most successful independent third party property managers. While we are large enough to manage in accordance to national standards we are small enough to still possess local knowledge and customs.

Stevenson Management Services believes in a coordinated team approach to management with groups consisting of a dedicated manager, assistant and accountant working together to provide the most productive and successful way to manage properties.  The management group provides  marketing, asset management, annual budgeting, facility maintenance, tenant relations, and accurate reporting services for each managed property.

In addition to fee management, we also offer leasing, project management and maintenance services for our varied clients.
