LONGBOAT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (LDC) is the real estate development arm of the Stevenson Group. Its services consist of site selection, feasibility analysis, concept design and ultimately project development and management. LDC has a long history of successful development projects within the Winnipeg marketplace. Projects have included; commercial, industrial, multiple-family and single-family residential developments ranging from smaller sites to in excess of fifty-acre developments.

Working closely with other divisions of the Stevenson Group, LDC can bring together, advisory, brokerage and construction services. From the market study phase to municipal approvals, build-out and project marketing, LDC can provide seamless coordination of the entire development process. LDC conducts its own developments as well as entertaining fee-for-service assignments and joint-venture opportunities.
