Mike Passingham joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 and brings to our office a wealth of experience in the sales industry. Mike has established a reputation as a highly qualified Consultative Sales Professional. Prior to joining CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD, Mike spent the last 10 years as an exclusive office furniture manufacturer’s representative in both Vancouver and recently Winnipeg. He enjoyed a consistent high ranking as one of the top producers in his territory. Mike brings a thorough understanding and interpretation of the intricacies of new business development, relationship marketing and project management.
Mike's area of focus is Winnipeg's office leasing sector and is part of the Office Leasing Group. The Office Leasing Group is dedicated to providing superior office space solutions in Winnipeg, providing local and national clients with a powerful combination of experience, bench strength and market intelligence.
Born in Montreal, Mike earned his Business Administration/Marketing Diploma at Okanagan University College. Mike’s spare time is spent with his two daughters, coaching ringette and soccer, running and playing golf.
