Michelle Constant joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2009 bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience earned through 12 years in the commercial real estate industry. Michelle spent four years working in Calgary as Manager, Retail Leasing for Hopewell Development Corporation, during this time she was responsible for the ground up development and leasing of over 1,000,000 sf of new format retail space, comprising three major regional open air centres. She returned to her home town, Winnipeg in the spring of 2009 as Cushman & Wakefield’s Vice President, Retail. Michelle is a highly respected retail real estate industry specialist and has developed a wide network of relationships from local business owners to national retailers, landlords and developers.
