Ken Yee has led the Cushman & Wakefield office in Winnipeg since 2002. Ken began his commercial real estate career with A.E. LePage in 1984. In addition to providing leadership to the commercial brokerage operations, Ken has led teams in investment sales and 
retail development/leasing.
retail development/leasing. A most recent project has been the land assembly, leasing and sale of the 45 acre, 450,000 sf. Kenaston Common new format retail power centre in Winnipeg. Other notable projects include the sale and joint venture of South Edmonton Common and the 100 acre land assembly for Beacon Hill in Calgary.
Ken has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) since 1984 and has been a multi-year recipient of Cushman & Wakefield’s President’s Round Table award since 2003
