Ken Roseman has over 15 years experience as a Commercial Realtor. In addition to twenty years of retail background, he brings an aggressive marketing approach to all projects. Dedicated to his clients he brings a unique and fresh approach to real estate marketing. Ken’s client’s benefit form his persistence to get the deal done, his creative thinking, and his technical knowledge. Ken’s creativity has often led to unusual solutions to his client’s real estate problems.
In 1998 Mr. Roseman was presented with the Winnipeg Real Estate Board’s “Commercial Realtor of the Year” award. Presently, Ken is also pursuing his CCIM designation.
