Appraisal and Valuation Services

All valuations are completed in accordance with the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practise adopted by appraisal governing bodies throughout Canada. Valuations are provided for lending purposes, portfolio valuation, arbitrations, expropriation, replacement costs, litigation, forced sale, and acquisition/disposal.

Consulting Services

Stevenson's professional advisors also provide consultant services related to land development and planning processes. In today's sophisticated real estate market, value added process, such as rezoning, sub-division or municipal servicing agreements can improve the highest and best use of a property and enhance its marketability and value. Stevenson has staff with expertise to handle all of these municipal approvals on behalf of its clients.

Advisory Services

These services are fee-based and directed at the specific needs of each client, including land development, negotiating strategies, acquisition strategies, disposal strategies, consolidation planning, feasibility analysis, lease/purchase analysis, cash-flow projections and tax appeals. Through its extensive involvement in all aspects of real estate, Advisors also have the capacity to assemble a broad mix of outside professionals including urban planners, space planners, architects, engineers and environmental specialists.
